Nothing gives Israel a special right to invade neighbors, bulldoze their homes, and create a DMZ.
US voters must make anyone supporting the Israeli state unelectable until support for this bullshit stops.

In rural Australia in the 1940s, my mother had rocks thrown at her and was branded a 'communist' because her father, a school headmaster, advocated for establishing a public library.
In the Canadian province where I now reside, the Catholic Church controlled libraries -- and thus access to information -- until the 1960s.
We forget how recent the democratisation of knowledge is -- how transformative such institutions were and how hard-won.
We should not part with them easily.
Not "Atlassian laid off 1,600 people, 10% of its workforce"
But rather: "Atlassian leadership, with 300,000+ paying customers & ~5.2 billion USD in revenue & 6+ billion USD in assets in 2025, failed to line up their financial projections with their own staffing projections, and acted to place the burden of this gap on their direct reports rather than leadership, executive compensation packages, assets, or shareholders"
Layoffs should be personally mortifying. Boards should change.
For shame.

So a lot of European countries want to ban social media for under-16s or under-15s. Our new government does, and I just read Spain is also considering it, and the UK as well right? Plus at least one other. It may be a good idea, I'm not sure.
But nothing's said about banning social media for over-50 men who feel that they failed in life and that that's Somebody Else's fault. And to me that is a much better idea that will improve quality of life for many more people.
