"Official" HRT is generally safer and preferred if you have access, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with using DIY options when you need. Whether that's an inability to access the best medications, a doctor who won't prescribe a proper dose, or even a complete ban on gender-affirming care - DIY HRT is morally and legally acceptable.

1. Most jurisdictions draw a distinction between buying and selling prescription medications. It's usually illegal to sell a medication to someone without a prescription, but it's not illegal to buy one. Bin gerade dabei ein bisschen lokal LLMs laufen zu lassen mit ollama, und das ist wirklich der beste reminder daran wie komplett und utterly power hungry diese Scheiße ist.

Mit ner 8GB VRAM RTX 3070 kriege ich ein paar tokens per second output mit einem winzigen context window.

Wenn ich dran denke durch wie viele tokens claude code brennt wenn ich die subscription von der Arbeit verwende holy fuck
