Bought cold brew. Then realised it contains “natural flavor” and is not labelled gluten-free. Their website also does not tell me if the product is safe for me. I am so incredibly tired of this.
I need products to HAVE to declare gluten, *please*
And like, okay, I realise I should seen an ENT, but the thing is... I'm very tired, and it almost always takes SO long for any medical professional to work out what's wrong with me and I just don't have the energy for this.
Still, if anyone has ideas on uncommon reasons why this might happen (because knowing me, that's more likely than the common reasons), let me know?
Yesterday I felt myself approaching sensory overload, so I took myself off to sit quietly in the bedroom with the lights off (yay for me recognising it before it was Too Late?), and my baby (cat) came in immediately to be like hello pet me I'm soft and purring. Cats are good.
