Has anyone done energy accounting? What do you use if so? #autistic #askingautistics
Does anyone in Chicago know a pharmacy that actually has the generic of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) in stock? We’re approaching a point where all of us are completely unmedicated now D: #adhd #adhdmeds #vyvanse

Bought cold brew. Then realised it contains “natural flavor” and is not labelled gluten-free. Their website also does not tell me if the product is safe for me. I am so incredibly tired of this.

I need products to HAVE to declare gluten, *please*

I think restless legs syndrome needs a different name that better captures how unpleasant it is
@ahimsa_pdx hmm, I think it’s probably not this specifically just because otherwise my celiac labs probably wouldn’t have come back positive - but it is probably worth investigating some other immune deficiencies 🤔

And like, okay, I realise I should seen an ENT, but the thing is... I'm very tired, and it almost always takes SO long for any medical professional to work out what's wrong with me and I just don't have the energy for this.

Still, if anyone has ideas on uncommon reasons why this might happen (because knowing me, that's more likely than the common reasons), let me know?

I just want to know why I keep getting (probable) sinusitis. I do not have allergies or any other obvious reason for this nonsense. And I'm very tired of it. And dizzy. #chronicillness
Cannot tell if it's simply a bit dark or something or if my eyes are being weird because of an imminent migraine. Fun times.

Yesterday I felt myself approaching sensory overload, so I took myself off to sit quietly in the bedroom with the lights off (yay for me recognising it before it was Too Late?), and my baby (cat) came in immediately to be like hello pet me I'm soft and purring. Cats are good.

Well. My routine got thrown so far off that now I’m just *stuck* and anxious. If any other #autistic people have tips on how to handle this sort of thing (it’s one of my biggest sources of anxiety) I would love to hear about it!
