PSA #TFT Support Augment **Frozen Tundra**: Gain a Vel'Koz. Combat Start: He Chills (slows the Attack Speed) of all enemies by 30% for 8 seconds.
Vel'koz has a range limit to reach & chill enemies, hence he's placed near the center of the board to reach the backline.

Trying this again. I’m an immigrant and this is very near & dear to my heart. My goal is to have 1000 of my 44,000+ awesome supporters sign this petition to demand undocumented immigrants can get the basic need of a Drivers License. (So far 100 did from my earlier post. Thank you!)
