I am still not quite sure for the cause of it. Current possibilities are
- I am not clarifying well enough
- I need to enforce the habit of using those lists - capture more on the fly and don’t do anything that’s not clarified
- Tooling
- Reduce my expectations on checked-off items

@jbrains I’m using #gtd for a couple of months now. I feel positive impacts as not laying awake in the middle of the night and thinking about stuff. Collecting works okay, weekly reviews are great. What I am struggling right now is working with my next action list - mostly I am doing tasks without looking on the lists and check them out on weekly review. Therefore, tasks not in my brain during engaging are just reviewed over and over again and I really need to call my dentist now…

Der Grund warum der Planet stirbt ist nicht weil wir machtlos wären was dagegen zu tun oder es so teuer wäre sondern einfach weil es für ein paar mächtige Menscgen extrem profitabel ist den Planeten anzustecken. Und weil sehr viele Leute damit kein Problem haben oder es ihnen egal ist.
Die Fossil-Seite denkt sich, dass sie genau das richtige Personal für das viele Geld bekommt…
I recently came across this chart for our total energy consumption in Germany for 2024 and the biggest circle is the red one for fuel in the transport column. 644 TWh 🤯
Only about 20% of the energy in fuel is converted into movement, the rest is wasted as heat. (80% of 644 TWh = 515 TWh)
According to the Federal Environment Agency, all private households used 465 TWh to heat our homes in 2024.
Let that (heat)sink in: We produce more excess heat by burning fuel than we need for heating.
