They have full-time painters. They are constantly repainting the park. It happens overnight every night. When the entire park has been repainted they start all over again. I have always kicked myself that I didn’t ask how long it takes to paint the entire park but I would guess maybe a year?
Also, at Disneyland in California, there are only four full time janitors mostly focused on bathrooms and such. It’s every cast member’s job to pickup trash and clean.
