The CEO from #wayfair is a joke. Expecting people to blend work and life together with even more hours; calling people lazy because they do not fit his concept of work ethics. Your work should not be your life. We work more enough than it is, putting an enormous amount of hours to it. Companies need to have a healthy culture that understands the physical and mental needs of its employees.

Iā€™m honestly getting exhausted from all the wars. What is happening in #israel is awful; but so is the history of how #palestinian people have been targeted and controlled by Israeli government. The pressure has been brewing for many years, and at some point we knew this would happen. But the division between people choosing a side based on the dichotomy of good v. Evil does not help the situation. From what I can see, there are various shades of facts which mainstream media are ignoring.
