From the American Southwest, now living in Paris. Obsessed with movies and filmmaking. I love late-afternoon light and coffee.

I design things — mostly interfaces, sometimes icons — that are a little warm and a little whimsical.

Over late-stage capitalism. Fluent in English and getting there in French.

happy 14th (!!!) birthday to the most perfect thing to ever exist

I also finally put up some of my icons on Gumroad! (Photos app icon coming soon.) Of course I waited to do this until Apple has made it harder than ever to customise your OS 🙃

I pushed some changes to my site that I’m really happy about!

As I’ve been striving to make it a more personal space, my old navbar felt too restrictive. So I replaced it with a path bar and a grid of page links with colourful icons :)

Made myself a cosy, custom li’l icon for Zen Browser
Late November means still rocking a spooky wallpaper but also Christmas lights and snow ❄️
We and the old hippies showed up from Paris. Two of my favourite signs from the day here #NoKings

It’s #PortfolioDay again! And I’m currently looking for work—full or part-time, remote or within Paris ♥️

I’m a UI Designer who sometimes makes app icons too. I’ve built design systems and designed entire apps from the ground up.

This is really lovely (and you can play through it in like 15 minutes).

On the most recent @daringfireball, @jsnell said he felt like Apple didn't try too hard implementing Liquid Glass on the Mac. I too was hoping for something a little closer to Aqua…

If Apple is hellbent on using these materials and effects, can we at least also have clear hierarchy, visual affordances, and true distinction between content and chrome?
