On Twitter, I read a lot and commented a little if I had some clarifying knowledge. But I’m leaving Twitter because I don’t want to contribute to its Muskification in any way. Boycotts are an underused tool in our society, IMO: shouldn’t Blue states boycott Red states (contracts, travel, etc.) to force a more representative Senate?

@PJ_Evans @tristansnell Yes—but I assume we’d need an official diagnosis. Talk about long overdue! But this incident and his threats to judges and their families would seem to give an obvious occasion to compel a psychiatric examination.

Any attorneys want to weigh in on procedural options in such cases?

@tristansnell Counselor, why haven’t the trial judges he’s threatened ordered him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation? Wouldn’t that be the proper procedure with a dangerous defendant who continually defied court orders?

It’s likely he’s too ill to comply—that would be good to know officially!
