Nice to see very few posts about #politics these last few days. Was really considering dropping Mastodon because of the majority of posts dealing with #politicians,#allergies and #Mentalillness

Heard a lot about #ozempic and #wegovy in the last few months in regards to weight loss and/or treatment of diabetes. Although I'm not in the weight loss/diabetes segment, the naysayer in me screams #sackler family, #opoid epidemic and having a heart attack on #viagra. Overall, weight loss by suppressing appetite isn't the best thing without exercise and diet. So I'm a bit at odds with just receiving an injection. As usual, many have their positive/negative accounts regarding side effects.
