26 years ago today — STAR TREK: FIRST CONTACT premiered in theaters. Written by Rick Berman, Brannon Braga, and Ronald D. Moore, the film was directed by TNG star Jonathan Frakes and is still widely considered one of the best Star Trek movies of all time.
