Parent with lovely partner and 2 girls. Open to making new connections and learning from others. Love learning. Changeable interests/hobbies - often loop back to previous ones though... Trying (slowly) to learn #Finnish and bake #bread at the moment.

My social circle has dwindled *dramatically* since I got sick, and the pandemic cut off 80% of what remained.

Even if I say no a lot it doesn't mean I never want to come. In fact, it means I want to see people more, when I'm able.

Another #introduction after a couple of old posts years ago... Now a Medical Physics registrar in New Zealand and thought I would have another try and using Mastodon after being reminded of it recently... Academic interests revolve around physics education, the learning sciences and medical physics.
I seem to spend a lot of my life overwhelmed by how much I want to learn - prioritising is hard....
