I’ve written a 25-page guide for primary care clinicians on using low-dose buprenorphine for BPD and trauma-spectrum presentations. It covers mechanism, dosing, clinical scenarios, risk mitigation, and patient communication.

I’m looking for clinicians or researchers willing to read it and give candid feedback. Familiarity with buprenorphine, personality disorders, or trauma treatment would be helpful. Disagreement is welcome. I’d rather know what’s wrong with it than have it sit unreviewed.
