Gila National Forest has just declared stage 1 fire restrictions for the entire forest. Effective March 23. In many past years much of the forest would still be inaccessible due to snow at this time of year.
I'm afraid it's going to be a very bad year.

This is one of my favorite old puzzles. When this was demonstrated to me 40+ years ago, the milk was not stirred in before scooping back. It was only a partial stir that did not completely mix the milk into the coffee, so it was impossible to know what proportions of milk and coffee were in the return scoop.
