Even if unintended because the styling is the result of inline hyperlinks, this is a fucking blunder by CNN. In the age of below-zero attention spans, this just reads as "bullet casings: engraved on ammunition, video games; related to transgender people".

The hyperlink to the related piece on their site could easily have been on "despite earlier reports".

#DuckDuckFedi I got some second-hand generic Chinese gadgets without PSUs. The one on the left seems like it takes a 5.5/2.5mm power plug, but does anyone know what kind of power connector is on the right one?

For reference, the IR port fits a 3.5mm headphone plug perfectly.

I went to GitHub to do ✨ productive stuff ✨ but got distracted by one of the suggestions for Copilot prompts at the top. It said, "Create a pong game". I figured, why not try?

I clicked it and sure enough, it generated a working browser-based Pong game.

However! I then asked it to modify the game, and instead of doing that, it started filing an issue for nixpkgs??? Like, fair enough, it is one of my most used repos, but it has nothing to do with the task at hand!! 😂
