MamadocI didnāt know what primary care really was until 3yrs of being an attending:
-I know my panel & my patients.
-I am not rewriting the book each time. Iām on the same page as my patients-more forward looking than back.
-I have generational visits w families
-I control my schedule and schedule them appropriately
-I know my med team, RN, MAs, etc
Donāt judge primary care until youāve done it for years. It can be so so rewarding.
