Kids got us a paella cooking class on cozymeal.com - it was super fun and absolutely delicious. Amazing how much flavor developed in only an hour or so. This is the second one we’ve done on that platform and it is really great. Highly recommend!
Rituals and goals are important. They’re personal measures of committing to one’s self. I’m really happy that with this ride I achieved two: passing my goal of 7,000km for the year, and 60 months in a row of getting in at least one 100km ride.
