@chrkrhc Have you had good luck using this with groups? My experience is culture is easy to talk about and almost impossible to change in the short term. I'm with Ed Schein on this point. I find it more helpful to take a Theory U approach and ask groups to explore what is emerging and what is their role in fostering or shifting that. #facilitation #TheoryU #StrategicPlanning #GroupDynamics

@austingovella My beat is a bit more conflict resolution and dialogue, so your approach focusing on types of participants (vs group dynamics), kickstarting participation (vs creating an effective container for participation) and managing collaborations (vs fostering it) is language that likely works better for trainers vs facilitators. Still looks interesting! #workshop #facilitation
