I’ve wanted this album on vinyl since I missed out on the first (single LP) vinyl release in 2017 (gutted). The reissue is a beautiful looking double splatter LP with the full album and extra tracks.
I Monster are, of course, a talented duo from Sheffield (UK) who are best known for their trip-hop, psychedelic, electronic, electro pop styles.

Every Cloud - Sigala. What happens when Sigala cancels his album for good reasons?
Okay, so I had a signed copy of the album on order from the Sigala Store and duly got a refund when it got cancelled.
All very sad but fair enough.
Then a version of the album with just over half the tracks drops on streaming services (renamed as Every Cloud - Silver Linings), and a few copies of the double LP with the original 20 tracks popped up.
WTF !
I almost missed the vinyl too!

Oceansize - Everyone into Position, a classic blast from the mid-noughties (2005 to be exact).
The album was originally released on black vinyl and there was also a reissue in 2011. The version in the photo is the 2022 reissue on a gloriously bright yellow splatter! You knew I was going to buy the splatter version, didn’t you!

Way back in 2023 - (remember that? It rained a lot!) Ripple Music released Chapter 8 in its ‘Turned to Stone’ EP series. These releases showcase artists signed to the label, one band appears on Side A, another on Side B.
Chapter 8 - The Wake contains three tracks by High Desert Queen and three by Blue Heron, on an incredible looking splatter LP.
