Also got this from the same seller, which is another album I’ve been curious about. This is essentially a Clash album, circa Sandinista, produced by Mick Jones and featuring most of the band along with a bunch of other “punk” musicians, but with Ellen Folley’s excellent voice.

My friend @trewhytte said that this was “The Best Album to Come Out of Richard and Linda Thompson's Divorce” which is a bold claim. So I had to obtain it. Fortunately widely available on Discogs.

First listen. Liking it. My only reference for her are those records she made with Richard so this is interesting. What a voice. Solid purchase.

Scored the final The Wych Elm album from a seller/shop in Iowa. Since they had a couple of other J-related records I asked, and indeed they knew J and miss him.

The last records that J was a part of (as part of his First Punic War project) that I don’t have all seem to be unobtainium.
