@RandomHost weiß nicht, ob das jemand schon geschickt hat, aber die Frequenz passt zum Strom der DB (16,7 Hz) https://www.dbenergie.de/dbenergie-de/netzbetreiber/bahnstromnetz
würde auch passen, da die in letzter Zeit viel gebaut haben in Köln. Ich würd mal an der Bahn messen gehen und wenn man da eine höhere Lautstärke misst die mal anschreiben.

@fluepke bin nicht wirklich in dem Thema drin, aber wenn man davon ausgeht, dass es ein neues Behördenhandy ist, könnte es ein iPhone mit iOS indigo in einer dicken Hülle sein. Die sollten mWn. bis 2027 im großen Stil von der Bundesverwaltung angekauft werden. Rein optisch ist das aber bei dem Bild schwer zu sagen finde ich.

The IMEI change in the stock firmware utilizes the AT+WRIMEI={{ NEW_IMEI }} Command. This instantly changes one of the modenst partitions and the other on reboot

The command shows a success, when executing it on OpenWrt and AT+GSN also shows the change until the device gets rebooted. But the change is not effective because the modemst partitions are unchanged (tested with an SDR)

Can you try to exec it on the debian version and see if the change persists a reboot?

I'm currently working on a project with the `FY_UZ801_V3.2` #MIFI Stick based on the #Snapdragon 410 (#MSM8916) and am now stuck with #modem problems

The board came with android preinstalled.
I then flashed #OpenWrt on it and configured the modem using the 5 modem partitions I dumped earlier with #EDL

That worked well, but then I recognized that the modem is not able to alter the modemst1 and modemst2 partitions after flashing WRT

Has anybody an idea how to fix this?
Maybe @revskills or @cas?
