Highly recommend The New Republic, they're consistently putting out great work incl. this edition that looks at wealth inequality

When it comes to AI, tech execs & founders are choosing messaging/PR over product value

You can see this because they do the same two things over and over:

- Using fear/anxiety to sell the product instead of real change metrics or adoption

- Executives keep raising money/investing with no return in sight, all to keep pushing the news/narrative cycle forward

a la Meta/Facebook's "couldn't create intelligence so look over here, we're working on 'super intelligence'"
