#DYK that the forensic scientist Frances Glessner Lee created real crime scene dioramas to train homicide investigators in the 1940s/50s? She was troubled that patrolmen and detectives rarely knew how to secure a scene for the medical examiner, or identify key evidence that might prove useful in a forensic investigation. And so, she set out to create dioramas as educational tools.
She also helped found the first Department of Legal Medicine at Harvard when forensics was in its infancy.
Fediverse! I am running a short intensive (which I am VERY excited about), Leader as Coach, for folks who want to add coaching skills to their leadership practice.
What Leader as Coach gives you that books can't is a safe space to practice coach-like conversations with other humans and learn from hands-on experience.
You can learn more about the course and sign-up to know when registration opens: https://maven.com/andrea-mignolo/leader-as-coach
Please share this far and wide! Thank you!
