Inspired by the gift of a bottle of Apricot Palinka from @corneliux The Palinka Sour: 1oz Palinka; 3/4oz Dry Vermouth; 1/2oz Cointreau; 3/4oz Lemon Juice; 1 Egg White; dash of Absinthe. Rinse glass with Absinthe. Add all other ingredients to shaker and dry shake. Add ice and re-shake. Strain into prepared glass.
