Had a random thought and decided to make a KOF XV tier list, but it's based on Pokemon's Smogon tiers.

I was playing DBFZ with a friend and one thing lead to another, and now I have these. A fusion of Android 21 and Cooler - Android-C21 or Cici - and a super form for Yamcha - Neo Were-Wolf Fang Yamcha. Hope you like these sillies of mine because I like them alot. : D
Just realized that my birthday is a month from now. Guess I should start planning on what present(s) to get for myself.
There's going to be a point in my life where no one will like or love me at all, and while that isn't now, I should be ready for it sooner rather than later.
So I should be ready to supply my own birthday stuff when I can, the one time I can treat myself without guilt.
