Because my goodness, people can be so creative.
Every time I ask people digital #accessibility conferences they name some. When I present my requirements: high quality, in person, great community, no sales talks, in Europe, the list thins itself almost out of existence.

Accessibility isn't a one-time task, it's an ongoing commitment.
You need to integrate it into your daily processes and continuously work to improve it.
Regularly audit your work and address any new issues that you find.
It's risky to assume you're 100% compliant in reality, very few (if any) are able to maintain that level consistently.
