I’m a father of one wonderful boy and husband to a lovely woman. I have a background in Philosophy and IT and worked in IT for 20 years. I’ve done digital projects with climate scientist and journalist helping them with the technical part of illustrating data and communication within the IT-space. I run a website concerned with sustainable building materials and working on ideas all the time to turn climate change around. I’m interested in all knowledge basically. OH, and I like BoardGames too.

Notable that this particular denier account started gaining at least x3 the number of new followers after Musk bought twitter.

I'd happily bet that nearly all major pro-climate accounts have had a net loss or no gain of followers.

Interesting new paper out in Nature Climate Change on the connectivity of climatic tipping points. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41558-022-01558-4
Teleconnections among tipping elements in the Earth system - Nature Climate Change

Teleconnections between tipping elements in the Earth system are unclear. Here the authors use a climate network approach to link the Amazon Rainforest Area and the Tibetan Plateau, and show that current snow cover loss on the Tibetan Plateau is an early warning signal for an approaching tipping point.
