I'm sure they wish they could move sooner, but getting out of hotel contracts and finding that much space somewhere else takes a long time. I feel bad for the organizers because I'm sure they're not thrilled about being there...

@livcomp @shriramk New Mexico Magazine had (has?) a column called "one of our 50 is missing", about all the stories where NM folks are told they're not in the US. The most extreme case was when the IRS told a taxpayer that NM state bonds weren't tax exempt since NM isn't part of the US. The taxpayer was the governor of the state...

Sick of people calling everything in crypto a Ponzi scheme. Some crypto projects are Pump-and-Dump schemes, while others are Pyramid schemes. Others are just middlemen skimming off the top. Others are just standard-issue fraud.
