@livcomp @shriramk New Mexico Magazine had (has?) a column called "one of our 50 is missing", about all the stories where NM folks are told they're not in the US. The most extreme case was when the IRS told a taxpayer that NM state bonds weren't tax exempt since NM isn't part of the US. The taxpayer was the governor of the state...
