I make video games. I draw a webcomic. I've made films. I'm a freelance academic copyeditor and proofreader. I work at the University of Utah library. I have an MA in Japanese literature from the University of Oregon (I focused on animation and Gundam) and am interested in Japanese film, postwar literature, early modern culture, and a bunch of other stuff. Was sad to abandon my #procjam game but realized there might be a game I actually care about making well in this idea (a continual ascent up a randomly generated treacherous tower) and I wasn't close enough to the right specifics of design by jam's end. Also I got to watch 5 movies over the weekend instead of spending those hours crunching on a game.

Made a new puzzle platformer for the Utah Indie Game Jam over the weekend. Spent yesterday evening polishing it up a bit and adding four new levels.
