@tvaziri Very curious about what actually dissuaded you... I've been a happy Hyundai owner for around 8 years, had a plug-in hybrid IONIQ for 6 years and an all-electric IONIQ 5 for the last 2.

@daringfireball I lived in Spain for a couple of years in the late aughts and regularly had a Special K cereal with chocolate shavings that was just delicious. When I moved back to the States, I saw that their US counterpart was Special K with "chocolatey chips"; instead of shavings, it had these chiclet-shaped "chocolatey"-tablet things that left your mouth feeling like it had a layer of wax inside (and didn't taste like anything). And this was 15-20 years ago...
@markgurman Not subscribed so can't open, but - Any of these smarter Siris coming to pre-"Apple Intelligence" iPhones? I'm still clinging to my 13 mini and was hoping to keep it for another year or two.

@daringfireball Speaking of corners, even Apple isn't using the same radius in its own apps... Here's Weather in front of TextEdit :-/ (I won't bother showing non-Apple apps, like Chrome, having different-sized corners...)

@Migueldeicaza With no intention of defending any of those companies, it seems to me like they might correlate to the biggest employers in the state, maybe? I’m also imagining some families need SNAP not just because of the wages they’re earning but because other factors like family size, special needs, location, et al…
