people might joke but this is where the IT industry is headed and nobody is safe. it doesn't matter if you are good or bad, you are just another commodity. just look at how many engineering jobs were cut in the past 18 months. Oracle is now reporting it will cut 30k jobs. there is no regulation in place and by the time our politicians wake up there will be nothing left. once it was a thriving industry and now it is on the brink of collapse. the change is real whether you like it or not
@JoeUchill interesting reading, but this years ago, before the attack on Ukraine. How is the current state of this mentality? Is it now more legitimate to attack hospitals?
@hyenatech I am the worse at social networking 😅 I’m actually curious if it’s worth it compared to other certifications available for the Security Engineer role?

As a long time Fujifilm user, x-100,x-t1,x-t2,x-t3,x-pro1 and x-pro3 I just preordred the new Nikon ZF which looks fantastic on paper. Retro design means a better manual control, which I prefer. But Im quite curious how this will affect my post processing and shooting. The jpeg style straight out of a fujifilm camera is amazing, so much that I have not shot RAW in years. I am hoping that the quality of Nikon ZF is on par.
@nolsen311 you’re cool
Does anyone have experience with the CASP+ certification?

@bcallah congrats. I'm looking at the CASP+ which to my understanding is comparable, only with more hands on point.

Was it hard? Did it take a long time for studying and such?

@thunderbird @jonhicks the new thunderbird logo is nice ッ
@Adman Pi-hole, portainer for container testing. Microk8s for kubernetes?
