PSA: If you are not browsing the interwebs with a VPN enabled and you suddenly find your browser sessions are frequently stymied by constant CAPTCHA requests, that's one potential sign that your system may be compromised by something that is routing other peoples' Web traffic through your computer. It's not a dead giveaway of a compromise by any stretch, but it is something that you should probably investigate further.

Dreamed that I witnessed a client break into a car while out on bail and that the owner came outside and saw me yelling at him. I got so mad that he'd conflicted me out from representing his dumb ass that I woke up & couldn't go back to sleep.

A pleasant email from a colleague complimenting my eloquence at a morning hearing was a nice coda to my afternoon hearing, when I inhaled a bug while arguing for someone's release on bail and then had to keep arguing while discreetly coughing up said bug

If you do worse than the bot, it's like, "Guess you're not that skilled!" But if you win, it's all "Pssh, that was just luck."
