I'm sick at the moment so it's been hard to find motivation/energy to learn lately

The host has a lot of interesting guests on and they discuss teaching/learning martial arts through the lens of modern motor-learning theories and practices. Sometimes they also just shoot shit about martial arts, so overall 10/10 podcast 😂

I've been playing with Chat GPT lately (haven't we all?).

Treating it like a Wikipedia query machine has worked out alright so far, it feels easier to get digestible info out of, but I don't trust it anymore than I would Wikipedia (actually less so).

It's also been quite useful in helping me write an Android application in Kotlin, which I certainly could have done myself (despite a lack of experience) but not at the speed Chat-GPT has enabled.

Work has finally invested in a proper barista coffee machine. I envision myself saving a lot of money but also intaking a lot more caffeine. I will miss the walk to the coffee shop though

If I’ve been quiet it’s because I was out of the country. It was a blast but it’s good to be back home. Really feeling the time difference though, hoping I feel better after a nights sleep since I’ll be back at work tomorrow 😱
