New neighbor just showed up with this vehicle today. Apparently, it's a 1929 Ford Model A.

We bonded more over the struggles of the less-than-awesome implementation of the IoT laundry machines than the fact that I currently work for Ford. Lol

Messing around in the kitchen today. Wanted something simple, healthy & light after all of the amazing & indulgent @vegan food at the #SEED Food & Wine Festival in Miami last week:
Decided to mash-up some #veganchinese food

Mostly a general tso sauce with some kung pao ingredients, over a bed of greens. What would you call this? General Pao Salad? Tso Pao?

Arugula, baby boy choy, lunch-box pepper, & spinach from my tiny #veganic #verticalgarden. Love walking outside & just grabbing fresh ingredients.

Harvested some #turmeric & #galangal (Thai Ginger) today! Excited to have some ultra-fresh spices for a while!

This was 2 small pots of galangal & 1 small pot of turmeric. Have 3-4 more pots of each still to harvest.

Will probably re-plant 1/3 of these.

I love knowing everything that went into my food, & more importantly, everything that didn't!
