This will go on forever, and it will always feel the same. We live in a world of compromises, where most people do not care about what you desire. They care only about themselves, if even that, for many seem almost imprisoned, unable to think of what they truly want or long for. It is sad. Following this came the thought of one’s death of ideals being definite or if it should be perceived as an opportunity to personal growth and the forthcoming of new ideas. But for me, especially as ones beliefs and ideals are bonded directly to the own identity, it is mostly devastating, a feeling of being crushed and losing yourself to an endlessness of nothing. 2/3 #ideals #lost #contemplation
The betrayal of one’s own ideals is akin to one’s own death. A death that, in a sense, has only seemingly occurred, even though all the aspects of mourning can be perceived by others.
