It's a shame the #Prusa Core One didn't get the segmented heated bed from the XL. It could have had a 3x3 grid, making the bed 27x27cm.
Would have made for a nice 27cm³ build volume, one-upping the competition and giving it a standout feature (save power by only heating the bed you're using!)

It wouldn't have been backwards compatible of course, but to me it seems like a good time to have made the cut. If not with the Core One, are we ever gonna see this technology trickle down to smaller, cheaper printers?
