We've got some major updates on our DIY pharmaceutical R&D technology stack.

We can't give you all the details until after our presentation at DEF CON (https://defcon.org/html/defcon-32/dc-32-speakers.html#54498 and live streaming link on Twitch, no account needed: https://www.twitch.tv/defcon_dctv_two), but we can say that we'll be showing off a novel method to make sofosbuvir (the cure for Hepatitis C) at a tiny fraction of the price big pharma charges.

We'll also be demoing the newest edition of the MicroLab, our DIY lab reactor that you can build at home for a few hundred dollars (https://github.com/FourThievesVinegar/solderless-microlab/blob/master/docs/index.md). Together with our Recipe Press (which generates instructions for the MicroLab) and ChemHacktica (our hijacked machine-learning-based chemical synthesis planner), the MicroLab Suite provides all the tools needed to plan and execute reactions that you need for DIY medicines.

VIDEOTOME HEARTBREAK is a lightweight stat raising dating sim for web, with a simple storylets chapter system and a fully functional calendar.

Designed to (hopefully) be fairly straightforward to write the story, as with the previous Videotome engines, but with a more rounded feature set.

I draft almost everything I write in some variant of Notepad because I like tiling my screen with raw no-frills textboxes. I also like full control.

I was just writing on a windows box in literal Notepad and it just autocorrected the spelling of a word in front of my eyes. As in it *rewrote* the word already typed.

It's impossible to describe how much of a lovecraftian nightmare this is.

Honestly a lot of my thoughts these days go to "how can we leave behind useful manuals for the few surviving altruists hiding under the boot of fascism after a century of global extermination of anyone remotely sympathetic to liberalism or humanism, much less anarchism or antifascism?"
