Paul Houle@soongtypedelta on days when it works I sometimes ask questions of Microsoft Copilot; once in a while it is helpful at coding but it's better at sci-fi chat than all but two people I've met (who can you count on to answer "If Dominic Flandry and Kimball Kinnison had a fight who would win?")
@soongtypedelta it gets obsequious pretty quickly, like the time I was trying to get it to realize Chipper Jones was born exactly one year before Sachin Tendulkar and I confessed I was born the same day as Chipper Jones which got it to generate effusive praise for me... I can understand why it is so good at seducing people!
