Im thinking about exploring some other instances, and Ive seen some great threads of recommendations, but I think Im still window shopping. Anyone have a pitch for their favorites?
Im primarily looking for somewhere I can get more climate justice/regenerative ag/queer homemaking/community care talk in my feed.
On the Lumen #EP, I'm using KiloHearts' limiter for mastering, and if you don't think that logo is just the best possible one for a company called #kilohearts, I just don't know what to tell you.
It's also a really intuitive limiter - I'm getting great natural boost without squishing, which is something I've struggled with in using the MClass compressor in #reason.
Anyone else using #kilohearts stuff in their #musicproduction?
Editing some tracks for the third and final song on Lumen's first #EP. I'm so proud of what we've done and am so excited to show it to you soon. Mega props to the other half of Lumen and my musical partner @jacalope who put in a BIG day today to help us get this ready to put under the proverbial tree by Friday.
