-Your pronunciation
-The grammar you use
-Sentence construction
-The speed you speak at
-Word shortening
The medium might be English; but Welsh is under the surface...

This is so, so important for my fellow autistics to understand. A lot of us get concerned we're not "good people" because we struggle to understand others.
