For supporters of privatisation the former is the analysis of choice; for critics, the evidence points unerringly to the latter.

Wer sich nicht anpasst (oder nicht kann wie Kranke, mit Behinderungen, Arm, Ältere usw.) wird vertrieben oder als Sklave ausgenutzt. Wer sich nicht nützlich zeigt, riskiert einer Abschiebung - vielleicht werden sie als Arbeitskräfte an andere Länder weiter verkauft
