almost got lost but i found it

First AI came for the artists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not an artist

Then AI came for the writers
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a writer

Then AI came for the programmers
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a programmer

Then AI came for the musicians
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a musician

Then AI came for my job
And there was no one left
To speak out for me

@m was this the Douglas Adams Memorial Carriage?
@jonty @sarajw Crikey, I’m amazed there are still that many! Now we know what the top score will be…
@sarajw @jonty I helped out at a Cub event last weekend and they had to find the payphone symbol on a map. A couple of them asked me what a payphone was 👴 💀
@mrpjevans the next generation showing how it should be done! Maybe there is hope for the future after all…
For my whole career everyone always hammered on about the 'principle of least privilege'. Then, AI comes along and everyone goes buck-wild giving it access to anything and everything. It's the new and shiny way to learn that lesson.
@Daojoan they’ll even go as far as purchasing all the surrounding properties so they don’t have to have neighbours! Goes to show how “social” they are.
@grajohnt I can’t argue with your logic. I did feel that 2049 went a long way to putting the Deckard == Replicant story to bed, but then that’s not PKD, so not a very strong argument against it.
@grajohnt does that mean you’re on team ‘Deckard was a Replicant’?
