Got down to -10.5° last night, up to 1.5° during the day.

But now the sun is down, there's 5" to 6" of snow on the ground, and at just 5 pm it's already down to -5°. Gonna be crazy cold tonight.

No bad weather, just bad clothing choices. -10° < T < -5°, toasty the whole way. Only one minor nuisance, every time my eyes watered my camelid-like upper and lower eyelashes would freeze together. 🐪 #cowx

Kielbasa potato kraut (6)
Sausage corn chowder (4 +2 in the fridge). With salad kits and the odd frozen entree, I may not cook again until February 🙂

I think I'm just wired differently than most people. I love doing speed work and intervals, get bored just #running 5 and 10ks. There's just something about preparing and completing a structured #workout that's so damn satisfying.
