@atomicpoet Although behavior is a combination of environment and genetics, "feminine" and "masculine" are social constructs that differ and change in space and thru time. But our need to categorize, and our stubborn adherence to binaries despite all the science that shows sex isn't binary, is a recipe for needless angst. What matters is who we're attracted to and whether our attraction is reciprocated. What good ever came from dissecting why one person is attracted to another?

But I've long wondered whether popular science fiction predicts the future or creates the future by virtue of its success, i.e., how capitalism will cultivate literally anything – even (especially?) a dystopian future – in its parasitic pursuit of wealth.

Got down to -10.5° last night, up to 1.5° during the day.
