Sadly, I'm fairly sure that Twitter still retains their own copy of that data even if you delete them, just as they do for any regular Tweets you deleted (which is why your old deleted tweets are in the Twitter archive you requested and downloaded). So it's likely a wasted effort for anyone who's done it.
