@george Thanks George!
@wahalahti It has been wonderful working with Timi - your passion and dedication to the community has always been inspiring.
@evanhamilton Thanks Evan!
To my friends and colleagues at Automattic and in the WordPress community - I wish you all the best, and I can't wait to see how you grow things over the next few years. I'm sure I'll bump into you at WordCamps or other open-source tech events.

I am joining Constantia (https://constantia.io) as Director of Community, where I will be working with multiple open-source communities as well as building communities for open-source tech companies and organisations.

I'm incredibly excited about this opportunity and being able to have a dedicated focus on building open-source communities. I can't wait to join the Constantia team!

After over 10 years at Woo/Automattic, I am leaving to pursue new things. Since my WordPress community work was part of my work at Automattic, this also means that I will be taking a step back from the WordPress project.

One of the things that I value most about Automattic is the deep commitment to open-source, so I'm very excited that with my new role, I'm going all in on open-source community building.

Since Mastodon is connecting me to new folks, I'd love to hear from online community, moderation, trust, and safety pros and volunteers that:

- Have not been on a podcast and perhaps even doubt they deserve to be on one!
- Have less than 250 Mastodon followers.
- Are doing the work of building online communities and platforms.

For consideration of being a guest on @communitysignal! Please read the full thread. Thank you!

@adrianspeyer For sure - discovering people to connect with on here is going to be the biggest challenge I think. It's going to be interesting to see how this goes.
