The World in My Eyes
The so-called “Dreischeibenhaus” (Three Plates Building) in Düsseldorf was built in 1965 and consists of three narrow plates offset against each other, of which the middle one is the tallest at 94 meters and 24 floors.

Radio Telescope Effelsberg.
The Radio Telescope Effelsberg is one of the largest fully steerable radio telescopes on earth. It is located in the Eifel, a low mountain range in western Germany, in a valley location between the surrounding mountains to protect the telescope as far as possible from radiation from civilization-related radio sources.
