And I don't see a problem with training those models on copyrighted content. If it's copyrighted, it deserves to be stolen and abused.
@khurtwilliams @kinghaunst @calmeilles it's transforming. Same way as blacksmiths work has transformed with the new technology, same way as tailors work has transformed. I don't see AI replacing photographers, their job is to capture the moment - not creating content. I don't see AI replacing artists drawing or painting, we're talking about digital images alone at least for now.
Maybe those will be replaced in future too, who knows. My work in IT has been shifting too with automation
