Nautilus 48 has an oopsie where it will grab a SUSPEND inhibitor during file operations, but not always release it afterwards. My dumb workaround is to not grab so severe a lock.
Gnome-shell has an ~interesting~ response in this situation. If you press the suspend button while a SUSPEND inhibitor is active, your suspend button is not currently a suspend button. It is now a "power off" button. When one program has advised against suspending, the answer is EVERYTHING MUST DIE.

I think I have the fix for it! I added a flag in meta_dnd_wayland_handle_end_modal() just so I know when that has happened. Then in update_pointer_visibility_from_event(), I nudge meta_cursor_tracker_set_pointer_visible() to briefly make the touchscreen pointer visibility TRUE.
